Non e' un titolo accademico. E' un'associazione professionale
Fellow of the American College of Surgeons

FACP = Fellow of the American College of Physicians
FACD = Fellow of the American College of Dentists

quindi anche il DHHS?
Sorry, I don't know what DHHS stands for. FACS and FACP are rather
common since many physicians have that following MD, but I don't think
I am familiar with DHHS.
